Inspired by and Dedicated to: 💕Saba💕
Step into Grandpas place and feel his presence with you.
Saba’s farm was more than a place — it was a gentle doorway into wonder, where children arrived curious and left with compassion in their hearts.
At Grandpa’s place, animals were teachers, and Saba quietly showed each child how to listen, care, and connect with the greater world around them through the animals.
Thanks to our Jr. Farmers, Saba's legacy lives on in every small heart that experiences the magic of 💕Kfar Saba Farm 💕

What is the total camp size?
We intentionally keep our camp weeks small around 6-18 children. We will open each camp week once 6 or more children have registered.
Will the children be interacting with the animals?
Yes! Each week we will have a specific farm focus that includes hands-on animal interactions. Children will be educated on animal welfare, physical care; including: feeding, grooming, socializing, teaching tricks, medicinal needs & clean-up!
How do drop-offs/pick-ups work?
We will meet you in-front of the farm for quick drop-offs with no need to park or leave the car!

This money goes into a fun 'jar' the campers get to spend.
*If someone other than the noted parent/guardian will be picking up your child please contact via text with your child's name and the full name of the adult picking them up.
Can I walk my child in?
Yes! If you would like to walk your child in please leave yourself 10 minutes to park on Chase St. along the park and walk in, please help keep our farm open and DO NOT park on Keokuk Ave.
Please also note that we begin our opening circle promptly at 10:15 am in which time we ask to only have our Jr. Farmers present.
What do children need to wear?
-
hat/sunglasses, sun screen applied prior (if parent chooses)
-
close toed shoes (no crocs/charms) you can pack boots and sneakers, sometimes the boots are nice on the barn yard but the kids get hot if worn all day, sneakers are more comfortable for play

full water bottle (water only, we will refill water/ice throughout the day)
-

Are there makeups for missed dates?
Unless the farm has to close due to unforeseen circumstances, camp will be running! We are unable to provide makeups. If the farm closes for the day families will be contacted regarding reimbursement.
What if we know we will be late/our child will be absent?
If we have not heard from you by 10:15 am, we will assume your child is absent for the day.
If you will be arriving after 10:15 am please text Abigail to let us know your eta. so we can have someone available to receive your child.
Can we switch our camp week after enrolling?
Yes, you can switch camp weeks 7-days prior to your start date, should the calendar allow.
Please email us in writing with your request to switch dates: kfarsabafarm@gmail.com
All contributions made are final, please check your calendar to confirm all dates work prior to enrollment.
When do you go to the park?
The farm sits on Winnetka parks edge and with the shade from the trees and the breeze it makes the perfect spot to circle up eat lunch and let the kids run and dance around, as we ask them to be mindful of their energy and move slowly on the farm the park is a great outlet for everyone! This also helps to keep the barnyard clean as it avoids plastic wrappers and bits of human food getting to the animals.
How do bathrooms work?
We have a single private bathroom on the barnyard, all campers must be self-sufficient in using the bathroom on their own. At the park we also bring our "pup" which is a pop-up potty in a pop-up tent for quick accessibility, along with a handwashing station so all the children always have a bathroom readily available.
