Set up Your Event

Birthday Party Event Details:

2.5 hours (30 minute set-up, 2 hour party time)

Add-on: 30 minutes @ $75

Birthday Packages:

Freeda: up-to 20 guests, Donation $800 weekdays, $1000 Sundays

Nicolo: up-to 30 guests, Donation $1000 weekdays, $1200 Sundays

Betty: up-to 40 guests, Donation $1200 weekdays, $1400 Sundays

Gameboy: up-to 60 guests, Donation $1400 weekdays, $1800 Sundays

Each additional guest donation: $25

Hold Event Date: 50% donation must be made

*If event date is less than 7 days from booking, full donation is required to confirm booking.

Confirm Booking: final 50% donation must be made, 7 days prior to event date

*If final donation is not made 7 days prior-to event date, we will contact you for rescheduling as the event date ‘hold’ will be released on our farm calendar.

Rescheduling: Events can be rescheduled up until 7 days prior to event date, reschedule dates based on availability.

Cancellations: If the need arises for you to cancel your event with less than 7 days notice and a reschedule is not possible, we thank you for your donation to our farm.

Party Flow:

Our party begins with a hands-on farm tour, with the emphasis on the birthday child, our Junior Farmer, for the day. After about an hour on the barnyard and tortoise drive, we will do hand washing, food, followed by ‘happy birthday’ being sung with our aviary friends and cake!

We will also be taking photos the entire time and love for you to tag us in your photos, so snap away, there will be animals, tortoises, tractors and birds galore!

Outside catering is welcome, if you need recommendations we are happy to assist. You are also welcome to bring your own coolers. *Please note no alcohol can be consumed on property.
