Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We keep our groups small, so a late cancellation usually means an empty spot another family could have had. Here is how it works:

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your visit: full refund.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your visit: no refund.

• No-show: you are charged 100% of the booking fee, with no refund.

• Reschedule: you may reschedule once, free of charge, if you do it at least 24 hours before your visit.

• If we cancel (for weather, animal health, safety or any other reason): you choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

How to cancel or reschedule: use the Manage Booking button in your confirmation or reminder email, or email kfarsabafarm@gmail.com. Online changes close 24 hours before your visit.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
