Number: (818) 403-3664 — the Farm's public phone and text number.
What you'll receive, and when
After you call us: if we miss your call, or after the call ends, one text with a link to book a farm visit. At most one such text every 7 days per phone number, and only between 8 am and 9 pm Pacific time.
When you text us: replies from Farm staff to your questions about visits, hours and bookings.
Nothing else. No marketing, no promotions, no purchased lists. We only text numbers that called or texted us first.
Message frequency varies with how you contact us (see above). Message and data rates may apply.
How you agree
You start every conversation by calling or texting our public number.
Calling: our automated phone system says: "To get our booking link by text message, press 1. By pressing 1 you agree to receive text messages from Kfar Saba Urban Farm at the number you are calling from: one message with a link to book your visit, plus replies to any questions you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help." Only callers who press 1 get a text; we keep the keypress, your number and the time as a record of your consent.
Texting us first: we reply to what you asked.
Next to the number on our website we say:

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything.
Stop or get help
To stop: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text. You'll receive one confirmation:
> Kfar Saba Urban Farm: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe.
After that you won't get any more texts from us, including replies.
To start again: reply START.
For help: reply HELP (or INFO):
