The price shown is the payment for a farm visit, per person. It is the total price, including all fees; nothing is added at checkout.
Group sizes are limited. The number of places available is shown when you book.
Your payment is for a farm visit, and it supports our nonprofit mission.

Cancel less than 24 hours before your visit: no refund.
No-show: you are charged 100% of the booking fee, with no refund.
Reschedule: once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
If we cancel (for weather, animal health, safety or any other reason): you choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
How: use the Manage Booking button in your confirmation or reminder email, or email kfarsabafarm@gmail.com. Online changes close 24 hours before your visit.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
This section is also published on its own as our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
3. Weather and closures
We are an outdoor farm. We may close or shorten a visit for rain, extreme heat, poor air quality, high wind, or when the animals' welfare requires it. If we close, we'll tell you as early as we can by email, and by text if you've texted us. See section 2 for refunds.
4. Waiver and safety
Every visitor, or their parent or guardian, must sign our waiver before the visit.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Groups of children (parties, field trips) must bring enough adults to supervise them, and we may ask for more.
Follow staff instructions at all times. We may ask anyone who puts people or animals at risk to leave, without a refund.
5. Being with the animals
Our animals are rescued and cared for here. To keep them and you safe:
Touch and feed animals only when staff say so, and only with food we provide.
Wash or sanitize your hands after touching animals.
No running, shouting or chasing near the animals.
No pets, please. Service animals are welcome. For everyone's safety, staff may ask a service animal to keep a distance from certain farm animals.
Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Tell us about any allergies before your visit.
6. Photos and video
Your photos: personal photos are welcome. Please don't publish photos of other families' children without their permission.
Our photos: we ask before we photograph visitors for our website or social media, and we never post a child's face without a parent's or guardian's OK.
7. Liability
Visiting a working farm with animals has risks. Your responsibilities and ours are set out in the waiver, which is part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
8. Our website and messages
Using our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Texts from our business number are covered by our SMS Terms.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
