How to set up a tour:

*same day and next day tours are not available

*we do not take walk-ins, staff will be unable to accommodate you if you arrive without a booked tour

Donation Amounts:

While we do not have a minimum head count for tour groups we do have a minimum donation amount for every 1 hour tour

​

Minimum Donations:

100$/Weekdays, $160/Sundays & Holidays

Donations are calculated as follows:

Mixed Age Groups: 25$/Child, 15$/Adult

*Child (1-18 yrs), Infant Free

All Adult Groups: 25$/adult

​i.e. a group of only 2 adults on a Weekday would be 100$ donation

i.e. a group of 5 children (125$) and 3 adults (45$) on a Weekday would be 170$

Tour Details​

• Rescheduling: please contact us 48 hours prior to your tour time to reschedule

• Cancellations: we know life happens, if you cannot make your tour we thank you for your donation

• What can I bring for the animals? Baby carrots, thin apple slices, leafy greens. Toys for Parrots, Dogs/Cats, Goats! We also offer feed bags for $5

• Note: Tours can be rescheduled due to animal needs or weather, we will reach out directly should something arise and get you back on the books.
